LOCATION & PROXIMITY Casa Diablo, LLC, located at 2839 NW St Helens Road, is a destination spot in an already popular destination spot (Portland, Oregon) for sex trafficking and sex tourism. This business has also turned into a “Times-Square-in-the-70’s-esque” mecca for predatory and dangerous criminals and criminal behavior.

Conveniently located just right off I-5; 20 minutes from the Portland International Airport and 2-½ miles from Union Train and Greyhound Bus Stations, and with the proliferation of rideshare, accessibility to this illegal business model poses a serious risk to the Portland/Metro area, as well as the human race.

MEDIA PRESENCE Oregon has a generally liberal reputation and aesthetic, especially in Portland with our “Keep Portland Weird” battle cry. Portland also has the dubious distinction of rampant unhoused persons, decriminalized Schedule 1 drug sales, drug addiction, sex trafficking, and rioting, which has lowered the bar for what “responsible” and “legal” looks like but does creates a significant and loyal following. For years Portland has been known as the “strip club capital of the world with the most strip clubs per capita”. The media is highly interested in Portland’s strip club scene.
