4. Ab sab masale - haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, aur namak daalein. Milayein aur 2-3 minute tak bhunein.
5. Ab dahi daalein aur achhe se milayein. Isse masala creamier banega.
6. Ab ismein machli daalein aur dhyan se milayein taaki masala achhe se machli ke saath chip jaaye.
