WE JUST RESCUED A MASSIVE 3 YEAR OLD ROTTWEILER (DAY 1- 2)
My Neighbours found this big boy roaming free in the neighborhood. I was walking my dog Nala and my Step Daughter's dog Kenai, and a kid just randomly asked me "Hey do you need a Rottweiler?". Naturally, my first reaction was "No thanks!" and I kept on walking. Then as I turned the corner I saw him for the first time. The huge dog was on his back, all four legs spread wide, and a whole bunch of people was around him, petting him. I kept on walking... As I was coming back I came on the family that found him and saw his cute face, Noticed how calm he was with two of my dogs facing him, and all of the strangers surrounding him, and it was love at first sight. It was as if God himself whispered in my ear "He is yours". I went home and talked to my wife about adopting the dog. an hour later we were on the way to the animal control center to turn nim in and to put in my application for adopting the dog. Seven days later he became our family. This is the progress for the first two days after we brought Samsom home.

CHICKEN AND PORK STUFFED BLINI - DA BOMB!
To be honest this was so far the most involved and laborious cooking venture I had undertaken so far. It must have taken me a good 6 hours to get through until I was able to finally sit down and eat. But after all that I had learned a lot, and if I do it again, I am sure I would come up with a much more efficient way of doing it. Nevertheless, the whole ordeal resulted in a deliciously satisfying meal not just for myself, but for the whole family and that is what is all about. I hope you enjoy the video and give it a Like.

LAMB CHOPS, FRENCH FRIES AND SIDE OF SLAW...
At first, I wanted to do something with the short rib, but accidentally in the midst of the packages with the rib, I grabbed one with the lamb chops and only realized that when it all defrosted. What a game-changer!!! I love lamb chops, and even though I haven't been planning on making them, it took me all but a second to change direction, grab on to the lamb chops and start rolling with it.

SERIOUSLY BADASS COLESLAW - You haven't tried slaw until you tried this slaw!
While I was out on a grocery run the kids had decided to have BBQ party started making grilled chicken and things. They texted me and asked to get some coleslaw for them, which I did, but then I thought: "Ha, I should make my own coleslaw! I bet it will blow the supermarket stuff right out of the water". And so it began, and I did it. And it came out AWESOME! In fact so good, that you don't know coleslaw until you try this!

Quarantine Cooking - Dumplings with some of the most ridiculously amazing pork stew
To tell you the truth, the previous day I wanted to make the French Dip sandwiches with some really awesome Prime Rib, and I did begin to make it film it. Got about halfway through too, but due to the will of the God, it wasn't meant to happen. My beloved Brother in law was watching how Sam The Cooking Guy made banana bread the previous night and got inspired to make his own version of it. Well except with a little bit of a twist to it. The kind of a twist that will f*ck you up for the rest of the day. So to make the long story short, while I did finish cooking the bloody French Dip sandwiches, I wasn't able to film all the shenanigans that took place during the process and had to put the project aside (to be continued)
The good thing from it is that we had a blast of time cooking it and eating it, and the next morning I woke up still half baked and with a case of serious munchies, which lead me to this fabulous adventure: The Dumplings with the most ridiculously amazing pork stew. Wow, it came out good!
