Sabbath Bloody Sabbath is the 5th studio album by English heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released in November 1973. It was produced by the band and recorded at Morgan Studios in London in September 1973. The writing process for the album, which began in Los Angeles, California, was initially hampered in part by the band's substance abuse and fatigue following their 1972–1973 world tour in support of their previous album, Vol. 4. The band then relocated to Clearwell Castle in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, England, where guitarist Tony Iommi conceived the main riff of what became the album's title track and lead single.
For the 1st time in their career, the band began to receive favourable reviews in the mainstream press. The song "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath" has been singled out for praise by many hard rock and heavy metal guitar players. The album has been sertified Platinum in the US.

Vol. 4 is the 4th studio album by English heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released in September 1972. The album was originally to be titled Snowblind in reference to both the song Snowblind and the amount of cocaine they took while recording. However, the record label thought this was too edgy and retitled the album Vol. 4 and changed the artwork while the band was on vacation.
While most critics of the era were dismissive of the album, it achieved gold status in less than a month, and was the band's 4th consecutive release to sell 1 million copies in the US.

Master of Reality is the 3rd studio album by English heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released in August 1971 by Vertigo Records. It is regarded by some critics as the foundation of doom metal, stoner rock, and sludge metal. Produced by Rodger Bain, who also produced the band's prior 2 albums, Master of Reality was recorded at Island Studios in London from February to April 1971. Guitarist Tony Iommi and bassist Geezer Butler downtuned their instruments during the production, achieving what Iommi called a "bigger, heavier sound".
Master of Reality peaked at number 5 on the UK Albums Chart and number 8 on the US Billboard 200. Though negatively received by critics on release, the album is now considered one of the greatest heavy metal albums of all time. It was certified 2X platinum by RIAA after having sold over 2 million copies in the US.

NEW is the 165th solo studio album by Paul McCartney, released on 11 October 2013 through MPL Communications, Hear Music, and Universal International. The album was his 1st since 2007's Memory Almost Full to consist entirely of new compositions.
The album was executive produced by Giles Martin, with production by Martin, Mark Ronson, Ethan Johns and Paul Epworth and it was mastered by Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound, New York. McCartney has stated that NEW was inspired by recent events in his life as well as memories of his pre-Beatles history. He added that some of the arrangements are unlike his usual rock recordings, and that he specifically sought out younger producers to work with. He and his stage band performed in various venues to promote the album, along with promotional events held through social media.
The 1st single, "New", and the album were met with a generally favorable reception from music critics. The album peaked at number 3 on the UK Albums Chart and on the US Billboard 200.

Paul Is Live is a live album by Paul McCartney, released in 1993 during his New World Tour in support of his studio album Off the Ground, released that same year. Paul Is Live contains live recordings of McCartney and his touring band—which at the time included his then-wife Linda and guitarist Robbie McIntosh—performing songs by McCartney's former bands The Beatles and Wings, as well as songs from his solo career. The tracks included on the album were recorded at various concerts during his New World Tour, in several American cities and in Australia.
The title of Paul Is Live is a reference to the "Paul is dead" conspiracy theory, and the album's cover artwork, which is based on that of the Beatles' 1969 album Abbey Road, contains multiple references to the theory. Paul Is Live was McCartney's last live album for 9 years, until the release of the double live album Back in the U.S.

CHOBA B CCCP (in Russian: Snóva v SSSR (Back again in the USSR), also known as The Russian Album, is the 7th solo studio album by Paul McCartney under his own name, originally released in October 1988 exclusively in the Soviet Union with Russian-language cover. The album consists entirely of live-in-studio recordings of covers, mainly of rock and roll oldies. McCartney's idea was to release the album in the Soviet Union as a gesture of peace in the spirit of glasnost. An agreement was reached with the Soviet government-run record company Melodiya to license 400,000 copies of the album for release in the Soviet Union only with no exports. It was released internationally in 1991.

Tug of War is the 3rd solo studio album by Paul McCartney, released on 26 April 1982. It is his 11th album overall following the break up of the Beatles in 1970, his 1st album released after the dissolution of his band Wings the previous year, and his 1st album following the murder of his former songwriting partner John Lennon in 1980. For this album he wrote the song "Here Today" as a tribute to his relationship with John Lennon in the form of an imaginary conversation the pair might have had.
Tug of War was produced by former Beatles producer George Martin and was a number-one hit in many countries, selling over 1 million copies in the US in the year of its release. Some critics hailed it as a 'return to form' for McCartney.

Wings ) Back to the Egg ) 1979
You are listening to the genuine Hi-Fi stereo sound transferred from the actual vinyl record in the best possible quality.
Back to the Egg is the 7th and final studio album by the British–American rock band Wings, released in June 1979. Co-produced by Chris Thomas, the album reflects band leader Paul McCartney's embracing of contemporary musical trends such as new wave and punk, and marked the arrival of new Wings members Laurence Juber and Steve Holley.
The recording sessions took place at Spirit of Ranachan Studios in Campbeltown, Scotland; Lympne Castle in Kent, London's Abbey Road Studios, and Replica Studio – the last of which McCartney built as an exact replica of Abbey Road's Studio Two when the latter became unavailable. Wings returned to Abbey Road in March 1979 to complete the album, before filming a series of promotional videos in Lympne and elsewhere, for what became the Back to the Egg TV special.
Although the album charted in the top 10 around the world and was certified platinum in the United States, it was viewed as a commercial failure relative to previous Wings releases.
The group disbanded early the following year after the departure of Laine.

London Town is the 6th studio album by the British–American rock group Wings. It was released in March 1978, 2 years after its predecessor, Wings at the Speed of Sound. The album had a long and tumultuous gestation during which the band's tour plans for 1977 were cancelled, due to Linda McCartney becoming pregnant with her and Paul McCartney's 4th child and 2 members of Wings having departed, leaving the band as a trio comprising Paul, Linda and Denny Laine. Recording sessions were held intermittently over a period of a year, mainly at Abbey Road Studios in London and aboard a luxury yacht in the Virgin Islands.
London Town charted in the top 5 positions in the UK and the US. It has been sertified Platinum in the US. The lead single, "With a Little Luck", was a number 1 hit in the US.

At The Speed Of Sound is the 5th studio album by the British–American rock band Wings, released on 26 March 1976. Issued at the height of the band's popularity, it reached the top spot on the US album chart—the band's 4th consecutive album to do so—and peaked at number 2 on the UK album chart.
As a reaction to critics who believed Wings was merely a vehicle for Paul McCartney, the album featured every member of the band taking lead vocals on at least one song, and two songs from the album are written or co-written by band members other than the McCartneys.
It has been certified Platinum in the US.

Venus and Mars is the 4th studio album by the British–American rock band Wings. Released in May 1975 as the follow-up to Band on the Run, Venus and Mars continued Wings' run of commercial success and provided a springboard for a year-long worldwide tour. The album was Paul McCartney's 1st post-Beatles album to be released worldwide by Capitol Records rather than Apple.
Recording sessions for the album took place in London, New Orleans and Los Angeles in November 1974 and early 1975. McCartney recruited guitarist Jimmy McCulloch and drummer Geoff Britton to the band, but during the recording sessions, personal tensions caused Britton to quit after six months, forcing the band to recruit American drummer Joe English to finish the album.
Venus and Mars peaked at number 1 in the US, the UK and other countries around the world. It has been certified Platinum in US and UK.

Paul McCartney and Wings ) Band on the Run ) 1973
You are listening to the genuine Hi-Fi stereo sound transferred from the actual vinyl record in the best possible quality.
Band on the Run is the 3rd studio album by the British–American rock band Paul McCartney and Wings, released by Apple on 30 November 1973. It was McCartney's 5th album after leaving the Beatles in April 1970. Although sales were modest initially, its commercial performance was aided by two hit singles – "Jet" & "Band on the Run" – such that it became the top-selling studio album of 1974 in the UK and Australia, in addition to revitalising McCartney's critical standing. It remains McCartney's most successful album and the most celebrated of his post-Beatles works.
The album was mostly recorded at EMI's studio in Lagos, Nigeria, as McCartney wanted to make an album in an exotic location. Shortly before departing for Lagos, drummer Denny Seiwell and guitarist Henry McCullough left the group. With no time to recruit replacements, McCartney went into the studio with just his wife Linda and Denny Laine. McCartney therefore played bass, drums, percussion and most of the lead guitar parts. The studio was of poor quality and conditions in Nigeria were tense and difficult; the McCartneys were robbed at knifepoint, losing a bag of song lyrics and demo tapes. After the band's return to England, final overdubs and further recording were carried out in London, mostly at AIR Studios.
It was McCartney's last album released on Apple Records.

Red Rose Speedway is the 2nd studio album by the English-American rock band Wings, although credited to "Paul McCartney and Wings". It was released through Apple Records on 5 May 1973, preceded by its lead single, the ballad "My Love". Including McCartney's name in the artist credit was made in the belief that the public's unfamiliarity with the band had been responsible for the weak commercial performance of the group's 1971 debut album Wild Life.
Red Rose Speedway peaked at number 5 on the UK Albums Chart and number 1 on the Billboard Top LPs & Tape chart in the US, while "My Love" topped the US Billboard Hot 100. Although a commercial success, the album was given a mixed response by music critics, with several reviewers considering the songs to be inconsequential and mediocre. The album was remastered in 2018 as part of the Paul McCartney Archive Collection.

The album was mainly recorded in 7 sessions between 24 July and 4 September 1971 (additional overdubs were added during sessions in October 1971), at EMI Studios (now Abbey Road Studios) by McCartney, his wife Linda, session drummer Denny Seiwell, whom they had worked with on the McCartneys' previous album Ram, and guitarist Denny Laine, formerly of the English rock band the Moody Blues, with Tony Clark and Alan Parsons engineering. It was released by Apple Records on 7 December in the UK and US, to lukewarm critical and commercial reaction.

Ram is the only studio album credited to the husband-and-wife music duo Paul and Linda McCartney, and the former’s 2nd album post-Beatles. Released on 17 May 1971 by Apple Records, it was recorded in New York with guitarists David Spinozza and Hugh McCracken, and future Wings drummer Denny Seiwell. Single "Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey" became McCartney's 1st number 1 hit in America without the Beatles.
The album's release coincided with a period of acrimony between McCartney and his former Beatle bandmates, and followed his legal action in the UK's High Court to dissolve the Beatles partnership.
Today, Ram is held in high regard by many music critics and is often ranked as one of McCartney's best albums.

Paul McCartney ) McCartney ) 1970
You are listening to the genuine Hi-Fi stereo sound transferred from the actual vinyl record in the best possible quality.
McCartney is the debut solo album by English musician Paul McCartney, released on 17 April 1970 by Apple Records. McCartney recorded it in secrecy, mostly using basic home-recording equipment at his house in St John's Wood. Mixing and some recording took place at professional London studios. In its loosely arranged performances, McCartney eschewed the polish of the Beatles' past records in favour of a lo-fi style. Apart from occasional contributions by his wife, Linda, McCartney performed the entire album alone by overdubbing on four-track tape.
McCartney recorded the album during a period of depression and confusion, following John Lennon's private departure from the Beatles in September 1969.
McCartney received mostly negative reviews, while McCartney was vilified for seemingly ending the Beatles. The record was widely criticised for being under-produced and for its unfinished songs, although the ballad "Maybe I'm Amazed" was consistently singled out for praise. Commercially, McCartney benefited from the publicity surrounding the break-up; it held the number 1 position for 3 weeks on the US Billboard Top LPs before yielding that position to Let It Be. It peaked at number 2 in Britain.
